48 hours upon confirmation of payment and Facebook page access. Before you subscribe to one of the Foxbots, you’ll be taken to a page to submit all your Facebook page information. Upon payment confirmation, we will then make a request to access your business pages as admin to install the chatbot system.

Absolutely not. The subscription is automatically debited from your account every month. If you’re unhappy with the service, you can cancel anytime by sending us an email to chatbot@foxjunkie.com with the ‘Cancel’ and your Facebook page name in the subject. No questions will be asked and the chatbot will still be functional until the end of your billing period.
