In essence - yes. While we handle the initial set-up of the menu, you will be provided access to the control panel where you can fully manage the menu, promos, restaurant details, etc along with guides on how to manage the online ordering system.

No. What this ordering system does is to streamline your ordering process. If you have your own delivery service, we can set-up the delivery area to where customers can select options for pick-up or delivery.

Your customers can pay by cash, card when they pick-up or when the food is delivered, or through online payments. Whatever the method, you get the payments directly, and they don’t go through us.

100%. Basic customer information will be recorded & stored for two purposes. One being to help them check out faster next time. Two, for you collect a database for e-mail marketing and/or Facebook re-targeting - both of which we offer as add-on services as well.

In short - both. Customers will order on your website or through your Facebook page (via an integration) and you access the control panel via the website backend as well. There is an app required, which can be installed on a phone or tablet, to receive, accept, and print out the orders.

We can either help install the ordering system on your existing website if you are able to grant us access or we can email the html code and instructions to your web developer.

Yes. We completely understand and respect your decisions especially in these unprecedented times. There’s no lock-in contract so you can cancel anytime before the start of your next billing period to suspend the payment and system. However, the online order system will not be available during this period.
